Eloreen’s Bio

Eloreen Moon is a pen name for a writer, reviewer, proofreader, and reader of all things romance, including alternate lifestyle (LGBT) stories and novels. Inspiration is all around, and life will not limit her to one particular topic. Her first story to publish is Charon’s Dilemma with the 2014 Love’s Landscape event from M/M Romance group on Goodreads.com. Her second story to be published is also with the Don’t Read in the Closet (DRitC) 2015 Love is an Open Road event with is Coil Me Up

She likes to read and write a blend of #LGBTQ science fiction, fantasy, historical, paranormal, and sometimes more than one together, especially if romance is involved. However, cowboys, lawmen, and contemporary times are fun too. She writes all things from flash fiction (300-500 words) to novels and reads most everything from mainstream romance to science fiction and fantasy. Everyone said to write what you know: So, she did.

She also finished 300-word micro shorts for all of the Queer Sci Fi’s Annual Flash Fiction Contest Anthologies below (QSF Flash Fiction Anthologies 2-7). While she hasn’t placed, she had her stories published in every anthology volume since the 2^nd contest, except for the 8th volume published in 2021. For the 9th year in 2022, she didn’t enter because of life. She entered the 2023 and was added to the 10th anthology.

In Real Life, she works full-time, has a polyamorous blended family with children, and enjoys gardening, computer games, and enjoying nature.

Currently, Eloreen is working on several MM stories: a short story about a King’s road to destiny, a novel about a cat shifter on a galactic voyage to love, a novella about a long-lived druid in contemporary times, and additional stories as time goes on.
