Book Tour + Giveaway: His to Claim (Black Hills Wolves) by @ParisBrandon #PNR #Romance #Giveaway

If
you’re a newcomer to the Black Hills Wolves community of Los Lobos, welcome! If
you’re a long-time reader, I hope my second story will live up to the evolving
world that the creative authors in this series have continued to expand. I am
truly thankful for being included.
After
I finished my first Black Hills Wolves story, His to Protect, one of the
characters wouldn’t leave me alone. No, there weren’t any handsome hunks
besides Gunnar Redmond hanging around begging for their own story. Instead, a
secondary character who happened to be a seething mass of rage dared me to peel
away the layers and see the real man. Ray Decker appeared briefly in His to
Protect, but every character has a story and his includes a son, J.D., the hero
of His to Claim.
Being
an author is a little like being a detective, and with each book, uncovering
secrets and discovering what makes my characters tick usually becomes an
addictive adventure. Trust me, there were mornings I couldn’t wait to get to
the computer. The characters took me down a few dark roads but I’m a great
believer in the strength of the human spirit, and above all, love and
forgiveness. I hope you enjoy their journey!
He’s home to find the truth…
Once
he’s over the initial shock of hearing his father hasn’t been dead for the past
twelve years, J.D. Decker vacillates between joy and anger until he returns to
Los Lobos and finds the man who sent him away threatening Bree Redmond, the
only other person he’s ever cared about as much.
After
years of living under a harsh alpha, Bree Redmond is intent on experiencing
everything life has to offer, and ignoring her family’s wishes that she settle
on a mate and help rebuild the Tao pack. When J.D. Decker jumps out of his
truck, and back into her life, she realizes why she’s never been eager to settle.
They
aren’t kids anymore and J.D. has Bree howling at the moon and questioning her
desire for nothing more than a sexy romp in the woods. He’s a blunt force and
rough around the edges, but he ignites all of her deepest desires with his
single-minded determination to make her his.
Bree’s
family isn’t happy about her budding romance with the son of a man they feel is
responsible for the death of one of their own. Old wounds are reopened and as
tempers flare Bree must decide whether to let a dark secret from the past
separate them, or defy her family and accept J.D.’s claiming.

@SensuousPromos #BookTour ‘Fallen Angel Part 1’ by Alisa Anderson & Cameron Skye #FamilyAboveEverything #Mafia #Romance

Just say Fiddle-dee-dee and move on – Jess and Scarlett O’Hara

To me Scarlett O’Hara from Gone with the Wind is one of the most fascinating female characters to ever have been pinned. She is a bitch-with-a-capital-B. She recognizes her flaws and never agonizes over them. She is not particularly bothered by the lies she tells or the wrong behavior she engages in. There is always a reason behind her ever reaction.
By definition, Scarlett is a mega bitch. But, what I feel is often missed where her character was  concerned is she’s also a survivor. In fact, Margaret Mitchell was asked to basically define the theme of Gone with the Wind and she said it was simply about “survival.”
In comparing Jess and Scarlett, I also have to define the theme of Fallen Angel: A Mafia Romance as “survival” as well.
My survival.
Jess, like Scarlett, doesn’t conform to society’s norms and pretty much does what the hell she wants with no apologies. She was not afraid to express herself, often letting her mouth get her into trouble.
Yes, there are many flaws to both characters but I’d like to focus on the fact when both were faced with obstacles they became determined to overcome their circumstances no mater what.
Be it through bad relationships, abuse, rape, starvation, both woman found a way to survive. I appreciate they, no matter what, felt tomorrow’s another day. They didn’t dwell on the past or their mistakes.
Each saw tomorrow as a fresh start. One with promise. Each woman (Scarlett, Jess, I) just said Fiddle-dee-dee and survived.

Fallen Angel: A Mafia Romance
 (Roman Crime Family)
Alisa Anderson & Cameron Skye
“Fallen Angel is a dark, tasty appetizer with echoes of “The Sopranos.” It’s like picking up a Lindt truffle on your way out of the store. There’s just enough to wake up your taste buds, or in this case, other parts due South.” – Margo’s Red Light District
“Gritty, sexy and with a strong but vulnerable female lead. Fallen Angel is a surprisingly good read.” – Ingrid Hall
“Is Jess going to get sucked into a world with Nick that will destroy her or will she bring Nick to the other side and they find happy ever after? I will be grabbing the next book soon. I need to know more about this story and what the future holds.” – TBird, Crystals Many Reviews
“Fallen Angel is a quick and sexy read. I hope to get the chance to read the next installment. I want to know more about Nick and the dangerous games he’s playing. – Angela, Crystals Many Reviews.”
Based on events from author, Cameron Skye’s life. Where does fiction meet reality? You decide.
Fallen Angel is a mafia romance serial novel released every 4 to 6 weeks, at approximately 8000 to 11000 words each. Due to sexual content, implied and actual scenes of abuse, violence, organized crime, language and frequent illegal drug use, we recommend this to mature audiences, ages 18 and over, who are comfortable with this subject matter.

Alisa Anderson
well…alisa did stuff and is still doing stuff. only now she has two boys crazy enuff to want her as their mommy. hey, at least she tried to warn them, so her job is done. she doesn’t like to capitalize, partially because she likes how lower case letters look visually, but mostly out of laziness. please don’t judge. it could be you. and she would say, hey. you’re alright, buddy. you’re ok in my book. now c’mere for a hug. the hug might be pushing it. air kiss? you are strangers, after all, with only a mutual love of poor grammar.
she lives for a world full of controllable anatomically correct, android men programmed to meet her specific feminine needs (wink, wink, nudge, nudge with a big waggle of the eyebrows). who look like the rock. and ian somerhalder. and idris elba. and that’s it she promises. variety. gotta have variety, right?
but alas…apparently that exists only in johanna lindsey’s genius mind. so until then, she enjoys her incredibly warped sense of humor. she reads tons of erotica and romantic, drippy goo that makes her heart go pitter patter. then she thought, hey. what, she said to herself. (softly, of course, so no one finds out she is indeed, 2 nuts short of a fruitcake) maybe you should write this stuff too. maybe someone will like it and maybe buy it. so she said, huh, you think? then she said, well…yeah, i wouldn’t have suggested it…(inserts sarcastic tone) and then she was like lose the attitude, ok? then she was all, would you just shut up and write, already? sheesh! and she did. 🙂
Cameron Skye
When Cameron is not in the lab working toward a Ph.D., in Neuropsychopharmacology, which in laymen’s terms is basically finding the effects drugs have on mood and behavior, she is writing stories, crating vivid, intense characters you will never forget.
She believes while life can take you down every path but the right one, eventually everyone will find their happily ever after.

from “Moon People”
Drake
laid it on really well. “I thought I loved Constance, but after seeing you, I
knew we were soul mates,” Drake told Vanessa. “I’d like to take you to the
festival today. Meet me at the backdoor of the fun-house, but don’t tell
Constance, I don’t want her following you and making a scene.”
“You
made a wise decision, Drake,” Vanessa said. “I’ll be there in ten minutes.”
I
knew Vanessa would bring Gretchen, and that was the plan.
At
the fun-house, I hid inside when Vanessa and Drake entered. The exhibits were
not open to the public for another two hours, so—if my plan failed—Drake and I
both were dead.
Taking
Vanessa by the hand, Drake led her down a dark corridor. “Where are you taking
me?” she asked playfully.
“There’re
monster masks on this side of the fun-house,” he said, leading her to the back
door and abruptly stopping.
Looking
around, Vanessa saw nothing but janitor equipment. “Hey, what’s gong on?” she
asked, confused. “Where are the scary masks?”
“Right
here,” Drake said, removing the dried seaweed from his pocket.
He
threw it into her face, blinding her and scorching her flesh. Screaming as loud
as she could, she turned to ash.
“You
bastard!” Gretchen shouted on hearing Vanessa’s death scream. “Better ones than
you and Constance have tried to kill me and failed.”
Taking
off like a shot, Drake ran down an opposite hall leading into the maze of mirrors
with Gretchen following. From where I stood, I heard their approaching
footsteps and raced to the other side of the maze.
Suddenly,
Gretchen cornered Drake. When Gretchen realized he was out of seaweed, she
advanced slowly, enjoying every instant of his anticipated murder.
Listening
to her steps, I knew exactly where she was. Immediately, I flipped on the
overhead lights, giving Gretchen the shock of her life. She was in the maze of
funny mirrors surrounded by images depicting her beautiful face as distorted
and grotesque. Horrified, she became hysterical before melting into a stinking
ooze of fish scales.
“Gross!”
Drake said.
“Yes,
but it’s over. Willowick is saved,” I said, and slowly I crept into his arms.
Afterward,
I used my conch and contacted Poseidon and the others. I told them they were
unwelcome in Willowick. Instead, I suggested they go far away into Asian
waters, telling them it was too dangerous here, humans had learned how to kill
our kind.

As dusk
turned to night the two men raced down a dark alley, stinking of rancid
garbage, then through the cluttered yard of an out-of-business welding company.
They stirred up a flurry of stray cats rummaging trash cans and a number of
barking dogs that diligently notified their owners of the chase, until Harmon
outran the transient.
“You’ve
been bird-dogging me for two days, now. Who are you, and what do you want?” he
demanded
The
scrawny man with dope-hungry eyes, said, “My name is Greg Ferris. I think drug
dealers killed them kids.”
“Oh,
yeah,” Harmon sneered. “What do you know?”
“Well,
I party with the men livin’ under the bridge. Weeks before the murders, me and
Fred Layman seen people sellin’ drugs in the cornfield. Now I know every drug
dealer in town, but I never saw them afore. Then, the evenin’ those kid’s wuz
killed, me, and the Bush Brothers, heard shots comin’ from the cornfield, but
we wuz too drunk to check it out. Days later, when the bodies wuz found, we
figured the murders went on in the cornfield.”
“Any
proof?” Harmon asked, releasing Ferris.
“Fred
said the dead girl’s underwear and a knife, found under the bridge, wuz
confiscated by cops. Then Captain Malloy showed Fred a picture of Vernon James,
and Fred told Malloy the man he saw on the riverbank, wuz not Vernon James.”
Surprised,
Harmon asked, “Did Malloy show anyone else a photograph of Mr. James?”
“The
Bush Brothers,” said Ferris. “Then after the murders, they changed. I think
they know who the killer is and got scared; that’s why they took off. I tried
talkin’ to ‘em about that evenin’ by gettin’ ‘em drunk, but either they passed
out or I did. Then I told ‘em to talk to the cops, but, since Sheriff Brown
laughed at Fred when he told him what he saw, the brothers didn’t think anybody
will believe them either. Plus, there’s this weird guy who sometimes lives in
the cornfield. He eats cats he catches in traps, and collects guns and knives.”
Realizing
the creep had some good information, Harmon asked, “What caliber guns?”
“I know
he had two handguns, a .22 and a .44.”
“And
can you describe his knives?” Harmon asked.
“He had
two Bowie-types and a third knife, even larger, strapped to his side. The big
one was his favorite. He kept it real sharp.”
Catching
his breath, Harmon nodded. “Maybe so, but people said
Vernon
James carried a knife until the murders. Do you know anything about the dead
girl?”
“I
heard she talked to a Jane Doe, who -” A shot fired from the nearby darkness
silenced Greg Ferris forever. He dropped to the ground–dead!
Yanking
out his gun, Harmon whirled around. The sounds of moving bushes gave him his
only lead, and another chase began.
The
agent ran through the brush and along the railroad track with only star shine
for light. Solely the sound of fading footsteps and an occasional glimpse of a
distorted silhouette kept him going. “Stop! F.B.I.!” he shouted, periodically,
between gulps for air.
The
killer darted into a backyard. Harmon, stopping at the edge of the lawn, crept
forward, gun extended. Abruptly, he was clubbed from behind and knocked to the round,
losing his weapon.
Kicking
the agent in the ribs, his attacker had the upper hand, until Harmon grabbed up
a rock and clobbered the sniper’s kneecap.
“Ahhhhh!”
the killer screamed.
Leaping
to his feet, Harmon punched the guy…but again was hit from behind. After
regaining his senses, he found himself blinded by a police searchlight, his
assailant long-gone.

Excerpt:

“Nikki—” her father began, clearly not getting that she didn’t want to talk to him.

“Excuse us.” A large hand reached between them to take Nikki’s arm. “They’re playing our song.” It was Luke, and Nikki wouldn’t have been more surprised if one of the guests suddenly sprouted wings and flew away. He was asking to dance with her? Was that a smile she saw? Nikki actually looked to the sky for the lightning that was sure to strike at any minute.

Warily, she allowed him to lead her onto the temporary dance floor and wrap his arms around her waist.

He whispered in her ear as he swayed to the slow music, rocking her along with him. “Let’s make it look good.”

Nikki wrapped her arms around his neck, perplexed but hopeful. Maybe he was going to behave decently toward her now that they were officially joined. “Thank you—for rescuing me over there.”

“You looked like you needed to get away. And we do have a common enemy. One thing we can both agree on right now is how much we loathe our fathers for this.”

Nikki shook her head. “Who would have thought it would take mutual anger to bring us together?” She looked up into his gray eyes and the rest of the world just seemed to melt away. She felt every hard line of his body, every muscle, and if she wasn’t mistaken, that was the beginnings of an erection pressing up against her belly. His arms tightened around her and her gaze drifted from his eyes to his full lips and back again, even as her own lips parted in anticipation of his kiss. Maybe the rest of their joining day wouldn’t be so bad, she thought, as he leaned closer, the desire to kiss her clear in his eyes. But then he surprised her by moving toward her ear instead of her lips.

“I did you a favor, getting you away from the old man, but let’s not get carried away.” His lips grazed her ear as he whispered, sending tiny waves of anticipation straight to her core.

“What do you mean?” She pulled back to look up at him and had to remind herself, not for the first time, that it would be a mistake to get lost in his eyes. Unfortunately, his mouth was just as dangerous a focal point. His lips screamed sex, and on the few occasions she’d made the mistake of watching his mouth while he talked, her pussy had immediately gotten wet and she’d managed to miss at least half of what he’d said.

“Look, I know I was a sort of a dick at first…”

“Sort of? That’s the understatement of the century.”

“Fair enough, but the point is, I made it clear I didn’t want a mate, that I wasn’t ready. And I want you to know it’s not about you.”

“Oh great, is this one of those ‘it’s not me, it’s you’ speeches? Because if it is, spare me. I already know it’s you.” She had to work hard to keep her voice even and matter-of-fact.

“You don’t sugarcoat much, do you?” He had the nerve to sound amused.

“Nope, I’m a straight-shooter.”

“Good, so you’ll appreciate what I have to say. You’re a beautiful woman, and being close to you like this has an incredible effect on me. I want you—badly. There’s no question of that, but wanting you doesn’t change how I feel about this joining. I went through with it for the same reasons you did, but I don’t want you to set yourself up for disappointment.”

“Okay…” She wasn’t quite sure what he was talking about, and once again, he was the king of the understatement. She could clearly feel how hard he was for her. Frankly, she wouldn’t be surprised if his erection tore a hole in his pants.

“Look, what I’m trying to say is that you shouldn’t expect this to be a love match. That…It’s just not in me. I’ll do my duty, but…that’s it. I can’t offer you more than that.”

“I don’t know what to say.” Nikki hated that his words hadn’t dampened her desire any. The last thing she wanted to do after that speech was want him.

“I have a feeling that doesn’t happen very often.”

They danced in silence as one song ended and the band struck up another slow favorite. “Say something,” Luke said.

“What for? You have this all figured out. I’m stuck with a mate who is determined to never love me. What do you expect me to say to that?”

“Well…” He stroked his knuckles over her cheek, then her lips. “We can still enjoy each other.”

Oh, God. Her pussy tightened at his touch. Nikki knew she’d live to regret how excited his words made her feel, but just then, she didn’t care. The call of her mate’s body was just too strong. “So, you want to fuck me, but you plan to keep feelings out of it. Got it.”

His armed tightened around her waist and he trailed a single finger down the side of her neck and over her collarbone, stopping where the tops of her breasts swelled out of her dress. “Tell me you don’t feel the same.” He leaned down and buried his nose in her neck. Damn it, he was smelling her. “You can’t hide how badly you want me.”

Her nipples were hard enough to cut glass and her pussy was so wet she needed to change her panties. “I can’t hide it, so I won’t bother denying it.”

“And you can accept that we won’t have a love match?” He was facing her again, his lips just inches from hers.

“What possible difference does that make? As you pointed out, we’re stuck with each other now.”

Luke smiled again, and this time she could swear it was genuine. Leaning in further, he claimed her mouth in the first real kiss they’d ever shared. His lips were the perfect combination of smooth and sensual, and firm and demanding, and Nikki couldn’t help but lean into his kiss, into him.

When he finally released her mouth, she was breathless. He looked down at her and she could swear his eyes were darker than normal.

“Good,” he said. “Because I, for one, am tired of waiting for the fun part to begin.”

Bio:

Suzette Rose Cauler has loved books (all types really) for as long as she can remember. As a child, she’d get lost in books for hours, using a flashlight to read under the covers long past bedtime. She read her first romance novel as a preteen and was immediately hooked by the swoon-worthy heroes and daring, spunky damsels. Though her reading tastes have definitely matured, Suzette continues to enjoy romance novels, especially those of the erotic, paranormal, fantasy, or historical variety. She writes almost as voraciously as she reads and typically falls head over heels in love with her heroes.

Though everyday types of romantic situations do appeal to her, stories that include adventure, intrigue, or danger have always made Suzette’s heart go pitter patter. If they incorporate some science fiction too, she is even happier. You’ll find elements like these in most of her stories as well as strong heroines who can fight their own battles but sometimes enjoy letting someone else take the lead.

Suzette lives on the East Coast with five special people who help keep her spirit young and her imagination fresh.

Welcome to Sensuous Promo’s UNRAVELING THE EARL Book Tour. Watch for the Giveaway Below!

Unraveling the Earl, Book 3 in the Idyllwild series:

The Earl of Hastings’s reputation as London’s greatest gift to the ladies has taken on a life of its own, one he is only too happy to live up to in one Mayfair bedchamber after another. Until he encounters a lady more interested in poking around his country estate than sampling his lauded charms.

Georgiana Buchanan is possessed of murky morals, skewed notions of right and wrong, a talent for dancing around the truth, and a penchant for crashing weddings, funerals and charity balls.

When Georgie catches Henry’s roving eye, she turns the tables on the arrogant scoundrel, introducing him to a world of sensual delights and unraveling his vaunted control before fleeing into the night.

Henry is determined to make the elusive Georgiana his mistress while the lady wants only to use his desire to further her own schemes. When they find themselves marooned at Idyllwild during a summer storm, they will both discover they’ve gotten more than they bargained for.

“Damn it to hell.”

“Such language, Lord Hasty,” a husky voice called out.

Swiveling around in the saddle Henry found Georgiana Buchanan gliding to a stop just beyond his horse’s flank. In her customary fashion she’d adorned herself in yards of silk and lace, from the frilly edge of the modest square-cut bodice of her lavender gown, to the wide ribbon cinched around her waist, to the layers of ruffles and furbelows of her full skirts.

Atop her head she wore a ridiculous concoction of straw, flowers, ribbons and bows, hiding her glorious hair but for one long spiral that had escaped its pins to flutter over her shoulder.

“And in front of two young ladies.” She smiled up at him, her eyes shining in the sunlight that had yet to be chased off by the gathering clouds. “Poorly done even for a libertine, my lord.”

Henry could only stare at the lady, too surprised by her sudden appearance to form words.

“Miss Georgiana, there you are,” Miss Margery called, hurrying over to join the lady, her gaze flitting over Henry atop his horse. “We waited for you as long as we could, but there is the loveliest lace shawl in Mrs. Peabody’s shop that I simply must have.”

“You will not,” the dark-haired goddess warned as she stopped beside the blonde.

“Lord Hasty, are you acquainted with Miss Eleanor Brooks and her sister Miss Margery?” Georgiana asked, her eyes never leaving Henry’s face that suddenly felt too hot.

“Lord Hastings, silly,” Miss Margery corrected with a smile. “We have had the pleasure of making his lordship’s acquaintance two years past when he visited Idyllwild. How do you do, my lord?”

The sisters dropped into curtsies that showed off trim ankles in satin slippers. Georgiana did not follow suit, instead continuing to look at him, her smile growing wider with each passing second.

“A pleasure to see you again,” Henry replied with a nod, barely sparing a glance for the ladies he had no memory of having met.

“Have you come to spend some time at Idyllwild?” Miss Margery asked, her gaze darting between Henry and Georgiana.

“What in blazes are you doing here?” he barked.

The Misses Brooks looked at one another and back to Henry, two sets of green eyes round and unblinking.

“We are just coming from Matilda Marshall’s wedding,” Georgiana replied as calmly as if he hadn’t shouted at her on the street. “And what a lovely wedding it was, too.”

Huffing out a frustrated breath, Henry climbed from his mount to join the ladies on the walkway. “What are you doing in Deerfield? Why are you not in London where you belong?”

“I wasn’t aware I belonged in London, or anywhere else for that matter,” she answered, wrapping her hand around his arm. “Will you walk with us, my lord?”

“Oh yes, please do, Lord Hastings,” Miss Margery urged while her sister bobbed her head. “Perhaps Jilly and Laura will see you escorting us.”

As he looped the horse’s reins around a hitching post, it occurred to Henry that the Misses Brooks were quite young, likely barely out of the schoolroom, which would explain why he did not remember meeting them. Two years ago they’d still been in braids and pinafores.

“Oh I’d wager they are in the bakery,” Miss Margery told her sister.

“Shall we run ahead and see?” Miss Eleanor asked with a giggle.

“Please do,” Henry muttered.

“We’ll stay to the street so that you might readily find us again,” Georgiana offered, turning her smile on the exuberant girls. “His lordship will be certain to fawn all over the both of you when you return. That’ll pickle Silly and Laurel’s insides to no end.”

Beaming their gratitude before spinning away, the two girls with curves too generous for their young minds hurried down the street hand-in-hand.

“Aren’t they darling?” Georgiana asked, tucking her hand more firmly around his arm and tugging him forward along the sidewalk.

“What are you doing here?” Henry asked for the third time, his frustration falling away as his balls twitched and his cock pulsed.

“Is there some reason I should not be here?” she asked.

“Why did you run off?” Henry watched her as they set off toward the center of the village, quite unable to look away from her profile and the smile that coasted around her full bottom lip. “I awoke to discover you’d fled in the night. In my shirt, no less.”

“There was no need to linger,” she replied airily. “I’d gotten what I wanted, after all.”

Dumbstruck by her blasé words and the slow lift of her lips into a full-blown grin, Henry halted beside her.

“Never fear, my lord. I shall return your shirt.” Georgiana peered up at him through her lashes.

“I don’t give a damn about my shirt,” he muttered. “I am not accustomed to falling asleep with a lady only to awake alone.”

“No, you likely lie abed devising ways to remove either the lady or yourself from the premises,” she agreed. “Have you contemplated sawing off your arm?”

“Sawing off my arm?”

“Killjoy once told me he has considered such drastic measures on more than one occasion, most especially when he awoke to find Prudence McIver curled up beside him.”

Henry barked out a laugh.

“You have imagined it!” Georgiana skipped ahead of him and spun about to face him, clapping her hands and beaming up at him. “Who inspired you to meditate upon life with one arm?”

“I have never—”

“Come, come, my lord. You can tell me. Who was she?”

Henry shook his head, enchanted by her smile, by the dimple that winked beside her wide mouth, by the humor shining from her eyes.

“Tit for tat,” she teased, falling in beside him again and twining her hand through his elbow, her fingers curling around his arm.

Dropping his hand over hers, he laced their fingers together. “What are you offering up in trade?”

“To be sure I’ve never thought to lop off my arm,” she drawled, her voice taking on a soft lyrical cadence.

“You must share some dark secret from your past,” he told her.

Tapping one long finger against her chin, she hummed softly.

“Too many to choose from?”

*CONTEST ALERT* Sensuous Promo’s Presents: Book Tour for Darkest Magic by Eva Lefoy

Welcome to Sensuous Promo’s Darkest Magic Tour.

Witches vs. Weres – who’s stronger?

Witches or weres – who would you pick to win in a battle? I’ve read enough Urban Fantasy that I’ve seen it done both ways. Sometimes the werewolf overpowers the witch and other times, the witch lays waste to the shifter. Both are equally convincing outcomes. In a battle to the death, who would you pick to win?

But maybe the question isn’t that simple. A single battle doesn’t always win the war and in the battle between good and evil – between good magic and bad magic – winning the battle just means you live to fight another day. Because if there’s anything fairy tales have shown us, it’s that the battle between good and evil takes many forms and is ongoing. A never-ending war that must be waged continually, else the world slides into darkness and mankind loses his light.

Didn’t that sound poetic? * grins *

In Darkest Flowers, my new Beyond Fairytales release from Decadent Publishing, the battle between good and evil is alive and well. Our hero is a beta wolf named Nik and he’s firmly on the good side. But his alpha’s mate, Petrina is secretly an evil witch. Nik must protect the pack from her, his alpha, and his love interest Caroline. He gets help from a good witch and her husband, a dwarf. Unbeknownst to Nik and Caroline, the good witch and the dwarf are protectors of the forest. They, like many fairy tale characters, are no strangers to the concept of good and evil. In the end, when the good side wins and the evil witch is run off, we know in our hearts that the victory is only temporary. Nik and his new mate must stay vigilant, lest the witches win the next round!

Thanks for reading!

EXCERPT: The dwarf lectures Nik on good vs. evil

Nik towered over the dwarf, his arms crossed just under his chest.

“It’s not like that,” Otis said. “Evil never fully disappears. Even children know that much. What I’m telling you is true. One day, Petrina or another witch like her will rear her head and cause havoc.”

“How does that relate to me?” Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Caroline emerge from the tree house heading their way. His heart galloped at the sight of her. Inside, his wolf cried for more mating time. Down, boy.

“The forest needs a protector and Estrella and I want to retire.” He dug the blue bag from within the folds of his velvet green jacket. Holding it out toward Nik, he continued. “Take this and use it. It will give you all the power you need to do the job.”

“You mean you want me to become a dwarf?”

Otis snorted. “Of course not. I was born a dwarf, you jackass.”

Caroline came to stand beside him and his nerves settled. Having her near meant he could relax a little and focus on the subject at hand. Sort of. Her fingertips grazed the skin on his shoulder and, embarrassingly, his cock started to harden. Having it right at Otis’s eye level might prove hazardous. He cleared his throat and thought about tofu. “Look, Otis, as beta of a full grown pack of wolves, I have a lot of responsibility already. Why would I want to take on more?”

Otis didn’t seem the least bit bothered by his question. Lifting his chin, he said his next words looking at Caroline, though they were clearly directed at Nik. “Because of her.”

??????????????????????????????????????????????????  Gar smaller

????????????????????????????????????????  Paul smaller

Here’s more about Kink Club Blues: Brian finds out the hard way that once a top, always a top, doesn’t apply to him. Paul and Geoffrey return from their special trip to Paris. Paul plans to propose to Geoffrey but first, his urge to protect his lover drives him to close an old loophole. He visits Brian, demanding the original video he made of Geoffrey be destroyed. Brian doesn’t understand what Paul’s upset about, or his dominant streak. But the clearer Paul’s feelings for Geoffrey become to him, the more Brian desires to have a man love him the same way. Curiosity draws him to the local kink club, and into the arms of a man whose punishment gives him all he secretly craves. Excerpt from Kink Club Blues:

“Give me more,” Geoff panted. “Just a little.” The base of Paul’s cock twitched, sending a fierce contraction through his balls. If Geoffrey wanted more, he’d give him more. Reaching onto the table once again, he grabbed the nipple clamps. Geoffrey’s eyes lit up and his knees fell open wider. “I think you need these this morning, Geoff. I think you know you want them.” He leaned forward and sucked a pink nipple into his mouth, laving it but not sucking hard enough for it to firm too much. Geoffrey’s nipples were very sensitive, and he wanted them nice and soft when he put the clamps on, so he could watch them harden as he fucked him. From Geoffrey’s gasp as he fastened the first clamp, he knew he’d done his preparation work correctly. Geoffrey twisted underneath him, but Paul held him tight, moving his mouth slowly to the other nipple, refusing to satisfy Geoff’s urges just yet. “P-please…oh, God.” “Be good.” He gave the side of Geoffrey’s ass cheek a light spank. “Or you’ll only get one.” Licking his way across Geoffrey’s chest and pausing to nibble at various places, he drew out the torture. Right before he lowered his mouth to the other bud—which was already standing half hard—he paused again. “Are you being good?” “Yes, Paul. Yes.” He sucked the other nipple and swirled his tongue around it, scraping it lightly with his teeth as he pulled away. Then he positioned the second clamp and sat back to survey his handiwork. Geoffrey’s eyes slid nearly closed and his back arched off the bed, pulling the nipple clamps taut. He let out a long, low moan. “Paul, I’m close. I’m going to come.” “Oh no you’re not. Not yet.” He slapped Geoff’s ass harder this time. “Not until I’m inside you.” Beneath him, Geoffrey trembled, pre-cum coating his belly. His own balls squeezed at the sight, urgency building. Holding a tether on his impending orgasm got even harder. “That’s better.”
